Our Training Courses
Our in-person training courses for playground staff in primary schools are thoughtfully designed to tackle the common challenges that staff frequently encounter during lunchtime interactions with children. With over a decade of comprehensive experience in enhancing school playgrounds, our program focuses on building stronger connections between playground staff and students.
We understand the unique dynamics of playground environments, where effective engagement can significantly impact children's social and emotional development. Our training equips staff with practical strategies and interactive techniques to foster positive relationships with students, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Participants will learn how to manage conflicts, encourage inclusive play, and facilitate activities that promote teamwork and cooperation among children.
By bridging the gap between staff and pupils, our courses not only address immediate engagement issues but also contributes to a more cohesive and supportive school community. Our goal is to empower staff with the skills and confidence needed to create enriching experiences on the playground that enhance children's overall well-being and foster lasting friendships.

The goal is to foster positive, trusted relationships between staff and students, which is essential for promoting a sense of belonging and community on the playground.
Inclusive playground activities training
The Inclusive playground training course aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of playground staff in facilitating engaging and enjoyable activities for students. By introducing a variety of fun games and structured activities, this workshop seeks to address and reduce instances of misbehaviour on the school playground.
Health & safety training
Our health and safety training course for the playground prioritises the significance of safety and supervision in order to create a secure play environment for children. During training, staff members learn to recognise potential risks and hazards, which allows them to proactively address any issues that may arise. This includes conducting regular safety assessments of the equipment and the play area, as well as implementing best practices for active supervision.
